Listing owners can provide various details to help other members of our community make better-informed decisions, and the following details are available to all Listing owners, regardless of their Listing Subscription plan.
All Listings include a built-in contact form so people always have an easy way to reach out to Listing owners.
The email address used when signing up for the platform will be used as the default recipient address, but this can be changed at any time by editing your account details.
Members that are logged into our platform, can review Listings to help others make better-informed decisions.
As part of the reviews, users can give star-based ratings for specific areas, as well as give an overall star-based rating.
Listing owners can build up their reputation by accumulating positive ratings and reviews.
Everyone has to start somewhere and may not have their reputation built up, so not having any reviews isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Reviews are always moderated, can only be submitted by registered users, and Listing owners cannot review their own Listings.
Members can be rated by different criteria, depending on their particular Listing Type.

You do not have to rate every criteria, just the ones that might pertain to your services.
From your account dashboard, you can easily view valuable information about your overall Listing footprint on our platform, with the ability to filter by a particular Listing and by a specific date range.
The analytics are laid out in a clean, simple fashion, that’s easy to understand and digest.
Cover Images are ideal for communicating your brand, products, services, etc., and for those that are highly visual, the right cover image could be what makes someone ultimately choose your Listing.
Cover Images will be created from the first images in photo gallery.
It is really that simple, to have multiple Listings on our platform that might share a lot of the same information. For that, you can easily duplicate any of your existing Listings, in just a few steps.
To help people easily reach Listing owners and to help get Listings found in search engines, Name, Email, Website and Social Media Links are critical information to include in a Listing.
While including a Name (i.e. Listing Title) is a given, Listings can contain the following information, in an actionable format (ex. click-to email or open link) where possible, to make things even more convenient for users of the platform.
Links to Social Networks can be added to Listings and when a link is added, the name of the network and the corresponding icon are automatically added.
If someone chooses to click on one of the Social Networks, that network’s website will open in a new browser tab, so users can stay on the Listing.
Videos uploaded to services like YouTube or Vimeo can be easily embedded into a Listing.
Link directly to your own website, allowing you to get more exposure and run visitors through your own sales funnel.
Image galleries are ideal for showcasing your books, cover art, merch, products, services, etc., and for those that are highly visual, the right cover image could be what makes someone ultimately choose your Listing.
Up to 6 images can be added to an Image Gallery.
Bonus Image Galleries are great for showcasing products, past events, and more.
Up to 12 images can be added to a Bonus Image Gallery.
Members gain access to Special Offers for products, services, and more.

Search Prominence
Promoted Listings appear above Standard-level Listings in search.
If someone searches a listing ( ex: Authors) all promoted authors will appear first before standard listings.
Promoted Listings
Promoted listings will last for 30 days and can be renewed anytime.
Standard and Premium-level Listings are automatically granted “verified” status on our platform and will have a badge displayed so other members know those Listings mean business.
You can edit your listing at anytime by clicking on the pencil next to your name. Changes will then be up for approval by admin.

Listings are tied to a subscription so as long as a Listing subscription is active, the Listings tied to that subscription will be as well.
Absolutely! Simply visit the Subscriptions area of your account dashboard, view the subscription you would like to change, and switch your plan.
Promoted Listings appear above all Standard Listings in search.
Promoted Listings are the only Listings that are given more prominence in search, above Standard-level Listings.
We recommend promoting Listings to help guarantee the hold onto their Listing Prominence.
Boost your Listings, giving them a higher priority in search, additional placement throughout our platform, and special designation badging.
Listings can easily be promoted by visiting the Listings area of your dashboard and clicking on the ‘Promote’ icon for any Listing you would like to Promote.
Listing Promotion packages are purchased separately from your membership and each package carries with it a different promotion duration.
Members can promote their listing by going to the Listings area of your dashboard and clicking on the ‘Promote’ icon. Promotion package is $8 for 30 days. After 30 days it will go back to a standard listing, however you can promote it again at anytime.

Convention Promotion Package allows you to place your book convention or signing on the home page. Since there is only 4 spots available (at this time) you will need to reach out to us to purchase a package and send us all the information and links you would like us to use. Convention Promotional Package last for one year, and we create the pages for you for $300. Once your current event is over, you can immediately start promoting next years event if you would like to continue your promotion.
